Quality Processes & Procedures

EXISTING STUFF

MPB's Procedures and Systems are all certified to Quality Standard ISO9001:2015 by URS.

This has given us the framework on which quality processes and procedures have been established. Using them enables MPB to deliver a quality product to the correct specification, prescribed quality and timescale.

Every project we undertake has a Quality Plan written to enable the site team to control all elements of Quality within the construction process.

A team of in-house quality auditors make visits to all sites through a rolling quality audit programme, supporting the site teams, and providing assistance where required.

We engender a  "right first time" attitude within all our people, quality is a key word that permeates all aspects of our work and business philosophy.
