MPB Recognised Across Multiple Award Shortlists for Youth Development

MPB’s ongoing commitment to workforce development and the cultivation of future construction talent has been formally recognised across multiple prestigious industry award shortlists.

Industry Shortlists

MPB has secured nominations in several categories at the upcoming CONSTRUCT Awards, organised by the CONSTRUCT Concrete Structures Group. In addition to this sector-leading recognition, MPB has also been shortlisted by Youthbuild UK for the Young Builder of the Year Awards.

Empowering Future Talent

The Young Builder of the Year Awards specifically celebrate the achievements of young people who have overcome significant personal challenges to gain training or employment within the construction industry. Youthbuild UK collaborates with employers across the sector to create meaningful work opportunities for disadvantaged and socially excluded young individuals, providing a vital pathway into long-term careers.

House of Commons Ceremony

The winners of the 2026 awards will be unveiled during a ceremony held at the House of Commons on 28th October 2026. The event will be hosted by Youthbuild UK Honorary President, Sir John Hayes MP.
